These terms govern use of the Ribbsaeter Records pages on ribbsaeter.com. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and without interfering with its operation or the rights of others.

The Ribbsaeter Records shop is currently in preview. Checkout is disabled, no order can be placed, and no payment is taken. Terms for paid products will be confirmed before sales open.

Ribbsaeter Records is presented as part of the Ribbsaeter company group. The final selling entity, registered address, company or tax registration details, customer-service address, and governing law will be displayed before commerce is activated. Until then, the site is an editorial and catalogue preview and does not invite a purchase.

Official correspondence routes are listed on the Contact page. Social platforms and third-party services linked from the site operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Release dates, track lists, formats, artwork, availability, pricing, edition details, and artist information may change while a project is in preparation. A product becomes an offer only when a final product page and enabled checkout state clearly identify the price, taxes, delivery, seller, and applicable terms.

Coming-soon pages, editorial stories, artist-world pages, and private-edition concepts do not create a reservation, entitlement, or contract.

Music, recordings, artwork, photography, films, text, branding, and site design are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the property of their respective rights holders. Viewing the site does not transfer any ownership or licence.

You may link to public pages and use ordinary browser functions for personal viewing. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping for commercial reuse, model training, resale, public performance, synchronisation, or adaptation requires prior written permission unless the law expressly permits it.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe security, disrupt service, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or use automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable load on the site.

We may change, suspend, or remove site content as the catalogue develops. We work to keep information accurate but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Links to YouTube, SoundCloud, social platforms, Stripe, and other third parties are provided for convenience; those services control their own content and operation.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the preview site is supplied without a guarantee that every page will always be available or error-free. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
