Refund & Return Policy
The current sales status and the consumer protections that will govern digital and physical purchases.
LAST UPDATED: 7 SEPTEMBER 2026 • RIBBSAETER RECORDS
1. No purchases are open
The Ribbsaeter Records shop is currently in preview. Checkout is disabled, no order can be placed, and no payment is taken. Terms for paid products will be confirmed before sales open.
Because no purchase can currently be completed, there is no active order to cancel, refund, or return through this website.
2. Digital music when sales open
Before a paid download begins, customers will be told the file format, compatibility, delivery method, price, and withdrawal consequences. Where applicable, checkout will request express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that the statutory withdrawal right is lost once the download or streaming access begins.
That withdrawal exception does not remove legal remedies for digital content that is faulty, unavailable, misdescribed, or not supplied as agreed. Support instructions and the remedy process will appear with the final offer.
3. Physical products when sales open
For eligible distance purchases by consumers, the final policy will provide at least the withdrawal period required by applicable law, instructions for notifying us, the return address, responsibility for return costs, and the time and method of reimbursement. Exceptions for personalised, sealed, or otherwise excluded goods will be identified before purchase.
Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods will be handled separately from a change-of-mind return, in accordance with mandatory consumer law.
4. Event and dated-service bookings
Artist bookings, performances, commissions, licensing, and services are individually contracted. Cancellation, deposit, rescheduling, usage, and delivery terms will be stated in the signed proposal or agreement for that engagement.
5. Requesting help
When ordering becomes available, the confirmation will identify the support route and information needed to locate the order. Never publish payment-card details in a support message.
