Shipping Policy
How physical fulfilment will be disclosed when the label introduces shippable products.

1. No physical fulfilment is active
Ribbsaeter Records does not currently accept orders for physical products. Product concepts may be shown as previews, but no shipping charge is collected and no dispatch commitment is made.
2. Information required before launch
Every physical product offer will identify the countries or regions served, dispatch estimate, expected delivery window, carrier or service level where known, tracking availability, shipping price, taxes, import duties, customs responsibility, packaging, and delivery restrictions before payment.
Unless a different period is expressly agreed, applicable consumer-law delivery deadlines will apply. Customers will receive a durable order confirmation and a route for reporting a delayed or missing delivery.
3. Address accuracy
Customers will be responsible for checking the delivery address before payment. The final policy will explain when an address may still be changed and how undeliverable or unclaimed parcels are handled.
4. Damage, loss, and returns
The final fulfilment terms will explain how quickly visible damage or a missing parcel should be reported, what evidence may reasonably be requested, and whether replacement, repair, or refund is available. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods will remain unaffected.
Change-of-mind returns, return postage, exclusions, and the return address will be set out in the Refund & Return Policy before physical sales open.
