Digital Product Terms
Ownership, delivery, permitted use, and collector-edition rules for future music downloads.
LAST UPDATED: 7 SEPTEMBER 2026 • RIBBSAETER RECORDS
1. Current status
The Ribbsaeter Records shop is currently in preview. Checkout is disabled, no order can be placed, and no payment is taken. Terms for paid products will be confirmed before sales open.
Preview pages may describe intended Collector Editions, but they do not grant access and do not guarantee a final format, price, track list, or release date.
2. What a purchase will include
Each final product page will state the included tracks and files, audio format and quality, artwork or booklet files, price and taxes, device or software requirements, territorial restrictions if any, download method, access period, and any download limit. The order confirmation will provide the same information in a durable form.
3. Personal listening licence
Unless a product page expressly grants broader rights, purchase will provide one customer with a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and listen privately. Copyright and ownership remain with the stated rights holders.
The files may not be resold, shared publicly, uploaded to streaming or file-sharing services, minted or tokenised, used to train a model, performed publicly, synchronised with visual media, sampled, remixed, distributed, or used commercially without a separate written licence.
4. Collector Editions
“Collector Edition”, “Private Edition”, and “direct-only” describe the label’s intended release route. Any promise that an edition will not be released on public streaming services will be defined on the final product page, including the exact recordings and whether promotional excerpts may still appear publicly.
A purchase is not an investment, security, royalty interest, copyright share, or guarantee of scarcity or future value unless a signed agreement explicitly says otherwise.
5. Delivery and access
Access will be provided only after server-side confirmation of payment. Customers are responsible for supplying a working email address and preserving their downloaded files. The support and replacement-access process will be stated before purchase.
6. Withdrawal and faults
Where the law requires it, immediate digital delivery will begin only after express consent and acknowledgement of any resulting loss of the withdrawal right. Rights relating to faulty, unavailable, or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.
